We believe every couple deserves a wedding that reflects their unique style and priorities. That’s why The White Rose offers two flexible rental options:

  • Option 1: Base Venue Rental

    Rent the venue and bring in your own trusted vendors (catering, DJ, photographer, etc.) for a fully customized experience.

  • Option 2: All-Inclusive Rental

    Let us take care of everything. Our complete wedding package includes catering, DJ, photographer, wedding planner, bartenders, staff, officiant, and more—so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

  • *Two Day Rental - A Pretty Sweet Perk Of Choosing A Friday

    You have the option to add Thursday from 12:00 - 6:00 pm to your Friday rental for a $1,500 Thursday rental fee. Decorate, rehearse, & have your rehearsal dinner onsite. If you add Thursday to a Friday rental you’re getting two days for the same investment as a Saturday.

    • Linens, Centerpieces & Décor
      From elegant linens to a full inventory of décor and centerpieces in our Something Borrowed Room, you’ll save $2,000–$3,000 compared to renting or purchasing elsewhere.

    • Food & Beverage Flexibility
      With access to our commercial refrigerator, hot box, beverage cooler, and deep freezer, you have the freedom to work with any caterer—or even bring in food from your favorite restaurant. This flexibility alone can save couples thousands.

    • Vendor Freedom
      Unlike many venues, we don’t lock you into required vendors. You’re free to choose who fits your style and budget best—while still having access to our trusted preferred vendor list.

At The White Rose, our base venue rental is designed to give you everything you need for a seamless and beautiful wedding day. Here’s what’s included:

  • Exclusive use of the 8,500 sq. ft. venue and grounds from 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • Choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony locations

  • Multiple picture-perfect spots throughout the property for unforgettable photos

Décor & Styling

  • Unlimited access to our Something Borrowed Room with thousands of classic and vintage décor items (centerpieces, greenery, draped arbors, cake stands, signage, and more)

  • Linens provided (choice of black or white)

  • Modern cake & dessert table

Comfort & Suites

  • Two private bridal and groom suites for getting ready in style and comfort

Tables & Seating

  • Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, set to your custom floor plan

  • Three cocktail tables with black linens

Bar & Catering Amenities

  • Indoor and outdoor bar areas with refrigeration

  • Spacious caterer’s prep kitchen including:

    • Commercial cooler
