Before you attend a wedding at one of our venues, this is everything you need to know!

Venue policies Guest Responsibilities at SWFL Wedding Venues

• Adhere to Event Timelines: Please follow the schedule provided by the hosts to ensure a smooth and timely event.

• Supervise Children: If attending with children, please ensure they are supervised at all times, especially near uneven terrain.

• Respect Designated Smoking Areas: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided receptacles.

• Follow Alcohol Policies: Outside alcohol is not allowed. Please enjoy beverages provided by the event’s licensed vendor or host. Anyone caught serving alcohol to a minor will be asked to leave immediately. Minors attempting to obtain alcohol from the bar will be asked to leave immediately. No Illegal Drug Use: Anyone caught in possession of or using illegal drugs will be removed from the property immediately.

• Septic System Usage: Only flush septic-safe items (toilet paper). All other items, including feminine hygiene products, wipes, and other waste, should be disposed of in the trash.

• Dispose of Trash Properly: Please use the provided trash and recycling bins to help keep the venue clean.

• Respect Noise Ordinances: Keep noise levels within reasonable limits, especially during evening hours, to respect local noise regulations.

• Respect the Property: Treat the venue’s facilities, décor, and landscape with care. Any damage may result in fees.

• Follow Pet Policies: If the event allows pets, ensure they are well-behaved and do not cause any damage or disturbances. These responsibilities help ensure a pleasant experience for everyone while preserving the beauty of SWFL Wedding Venues
